Description

The scale and arpeggio of Bb major are presented. The Bb major arpeggio is converted to a Bb minor arpeggio. Use of the left-hand, fifth finger keypad is explained and illustrated and Exercise 79 helps with this area of the arpeggio as well as a fingering shortcut to be used when crossing into the upper octave. Exercise 80 is followed by the scale of Bb harmonic minor written out. Exercise 81 prepares for Bb melodic minor. The full Bb sequence is presented at the end of the lesson.
