Description

The scale and arpeggio of Bb major are presented. The C# Rule reappears as the Db Rule. The Bb major arpeggio is converted to a Bb minor arpeggio. Recommended fingerings are illustrated and Exercise 61, for the development of the harmonic minor is followed by the scale of Bb harmonic minor written out. Exercise 62 prepares for Bb melodic minor. The full Bb sequence is presented at the end of the lesson. Practice Plan 34 incorporates all the material so far covered.
